The champions Twitch works best alongside on the Wild Rift China server, lane by lane, with the reason each pairing works.
Contaminate (E) pays out by how many poisoned targets it covers at once: Unstoppable Force (R) lines them up for you, stationary and clumped, for as long as one piercing Spray and Pray (R) auto and the detonation need.
Outside Ambush (Q) you have no way to survive anything: Stand United (R) shields you and brings Shen to your side from across the map, and Spirit's Refuge (W) blanks the burst that would erase you in the middle of Spray and Pray (R).
The Call of the Forge God (R) recast knocks up several champions in the same line: that is exactly the formation Contaminate (E) is asking for. And Brittle from Bellows Breath (W) adds 30% to any crowd control - more Deadly Venom (P) stacks before they move.
GNAR! (R) slams the group into a wall and the slow becomes a full stun: enemies wedged together are the only situation where Contaminate (E) detonates on three people instead of on one who already walked away.
Pick her against dash-based comps: Steadfast Presence (W) roots the diver the exact instant he commits, and an uncharged Keeper's Verdict (R) shoves him off you immediately. Against a team that simply walks at you, though, she does little.
Curse of the Sad Mummy (R) locks two or three enemies together for 1.5 seconds: that is the time to load them with Deadly Venom (P) autos and detonate Contaminate (E) on all of them at once, instead of on the last one left.
Moonfall (R) drags every nearby enemy toward her: no other jungler clumps targets for you this cleanly, and that clump is the condition where Contaminate (E) actually pays. You stay out with Spray and Pray (R) and poison the whole line through.
Biggest Snowball Ever! (W) knocks up the front line and Absolute Zero (R) holds them inside a huge slow while the channel ticks: whoever stays in the zone takes a stack from every auto you land, and then Contaminate (E) blows them all at once.
Once you are spotted you have no way out: Crescent Guard (R) knocks back everyone except his marked target and blocks ranged damage, which clears the ground you are standing on. That is real peel, not engage, and it is what keeps Spray and Pray (R) running.
Lamb's Respite (R) is a circle where nobody can die for three seconds: for you that means finishing a whole Spray and Pray (R) instead of vanishing halfway through. It matters in games decided by one fight over Baron or Dragon, not in lane.
Command: Shockwave (R) yanks the enemy team into a single spot: it is the best Contaminate (E) setup there is, because the detonation pays out on how many poisoned bodies it covers. And Command: Protect (E) shields you when they find you outside Ambush (Q).
Hero's Entrance (R) lands a knock-up on the whole group and shields you from across the map: those are your two missing pieces at once - frozen targets for Contaminate (E) and a way not to die the second they see you appear.
Slicing Maelstrom (R) pulses every half second and stuns anyone who reaches three Mark of the Storm (P) marks: a whole team locked down together, which is when you step out of Ambush (Q) and poison all of them before pressing Contaminate (E).
Ring of Frost (W) roots everyone around her in the same instant: group frozen, venom on each of them, Contaminate (E) detonating at full value. Frozen Tomb (R) instead freezes the assassin who found you, and that is the only peel you ever get.
Map synergy: Destiny (R) reveals every enemy, so you choose which side to flank from in Ambush (Q) knowing exactly where they are and who is waiting for you. In a brawl he gives you nothing, though, and you need peel more than vision.
Crescendo (R) stuns the first target it touches and slows everyone else caught inside: a frozen, clumped group, which means a full-value Contaminate (E). And before that, Aria of Perseverance (W) keeps you in lane through the minutes you cannot trade.
Outside Ambush (Q) you have no escape, and the Dark Passage (W) lantern is literally the one you lack: it shields you and pulls you out. Then The Box (R) cages the group in a 99% slow, where Contaminate (E) catches every one of them.
Magnet Storm (R) vacuums grouped enemies into a single point: it is a machine for setting up Contaminate (E). Shattering Strike (Q) also destroys shields, which is exactly what would otherwise eat your detonation at the worst possible moment.
Tidal Wave (R) rolls through their line knocking up and slowing everything: slower targets mean more autos landing, and every hit is a Deadly Venom (P) stack. Tidecaller's Blessing (E) on your attacks slows again whoever tries to leave your range.
Your card says you lose to long-range poke: Unbreakable (E) intercepts those projectiles and cuts 35% off whatever gets through. And Glacial Fissure (R) knocks up their whole clustered line, which is the formation Contaminate (E) is waiting for.
You are the only two who vanish: with Ghostwater Dive (W) and Ambush (Q) you arrive together from a side nobody is watching, and Phantom Undertow (E) holds the target still while you poison it. But Pyke neither heals nor shields you, and he lives mid.
